I plan to do a little more cutting to the bumper then use automotive stripping to go around the edges so it looks better and no chance of getting cut although i did round the edges well .

Well just for curiosity i went to a website that sells this bumper , they have very good prices and sell only ford bronco and f-150 parts new and used .
Needless to say i will be building this if i want one like it as the are listed for $782 and change plus shipping from U.S.A. which will add another 2-3 hundred .
they also make a matching rear bumper for $618. plus shipping

I like the concept of that and strength but it looks bulky to me and really heavy , they say about 200-250 lbs like it's built. Also looks like it sticks out a long ways which is what i don't want to have like the factory one .

Been thinking of something like 2x4 rectangle tube with the ends turned up and 2x2 square tube to wrap under the rear quarter's and turn back to the frame behind the wheels .:?
