yes gonecountry.i had to get the trans-dapt adaptor for a turbo 350 trans to my transfer case.its good stuff but kinda pricy.i sure like those hedders though haha.oh,one thing.you need to have the 2.8L frame mounts on the frame so the small block mounts on the engine will bolt up.the 4.3L ones dont work.i think i looked at that kit when i did mine cause i needed the oil pan cause you need a special pan to clear the front diff and im pretty sure it was like $700bux or so US funds.but i know you can just get the mounts from a company called JTR conversions and im pretty sure there about $100 or so.i love havin a v8 in mine

i was on the advance adapters website last night and they have a mount kit that lets you bolt a small block to the original 4.3 mounts for $75 and headers for the conversion for bout $300. probably all in american tho. what kind of manifolds did you use? all the reading I'm doin says manifolds won't fit

| haha i got one in my 4x4.i got a trans out of a 73 full size jimmy.its a turbo 350 trans.i bought the kit, came with a new output shaft for the trans (shorter)and the adaptor plate to bolt up to my stock transfer case, and a few other things.i also made my own oil pan.if you have a 3 or 4" suspension lift you dont need it.and i made my own mounts.i wasnt sure if you could get mounts to work with the 4.3L frame mounts blaze, maybe thats new thing.i did mine like 5 years ago.ive seen a few swaps done in 2wd and 4wd ones using manifolds.my passenger manifold is off of a 1976gmc van and the drivers side is off of a 1989 van with a throttle body.so it has the o2 sensor in it.i just dont use it.they work for me.i forgot to mention that both motors i took them off of were 350s.
